Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for digital products purchased from MARKTR LLC. By completing checkout, you accept this Policy. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
1. Digital Products — All Sales Final
Our products are digital, delivered instantly via email and private repository access (typically within 60 seconds of payment). Because delivery is immediate and the digital nature of the product means it cannot be "returned", all sales are final and non-refundable, except as expressly described in this Policy.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Recurring subscription products (where applicable) can be cancelled at any time from your Whop account. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already charged for the current billing period unless required by mandatory consumer law.
3. Exceptions: Duplicate Charges & Technical Failures
We will refund (a) duplicate charges, (b) charges where you can demonstrate that you never received delivery and that the failure is attributable to us (not to your spam filter, expired GitHub account, or other factors outside our control). To claim such a refund, contact ceo@madani.agency within 14 days of purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue.
4. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal — Waiver
If you are an EU consumer, you would normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract under Directive 2011/83/EU. By completing checkout and accepting this Policy, you (a) expressly consent to immediate performance and delivery of the digital content before the 14-day period expires, and (b) acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
5. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be sent to ceo@madani.agency within 14 days of purchase. Include your order ID, the email used at checkout, and the reason. We respond within 5 business days. Where a refund is approved, it is issued back to the original payment method via our processor Whop Inc.; processing time depends on your card issuer or bank.
6. Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first — we resolve most issues quickly through email. Filing chargebacks for products that were delivered and accessed may result in account termination and loss of access to all current and future Madani products. Where a chargeback is filed in bad faith, we reserve the right to seek recovery of associated fees.
