This Privacy Policy explains how MARKTR LLC ("Madani", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit madani.agency, contact us, or purchase our digital products. 2. Data We Collect
We collect: (a) contact information you provide voluntarily through forms (name, email address, company name, message content); (b) booking and consultation requests; (c) purchase data via our processor Whop Inc. (we do not handle or store payment-card data ourselves); (d) usage and analytics data from website visits (pages viewed, referrer, device type, approximate location derived from IP, interactions); (e) communications you send us by email.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use personal data to: (a) respond to inquiries and book consultations; (b) deliver digital products and provide post-purchase access; (c) operate, secure, and improve the Service; (d) comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms; (e) send transactional communications related to your purchase. We do not sell personal data and we do not use personal data for advertising profiling.
4. Legal Bases (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: (a) performance of a contract — to deliver purchases and respond to your requests; (b) consent — for non-essential analytics and marketing communications, where applicable; (c) legitimate interests — to secure the Service, prevent fraud, and improve our products; (d) legal obligation — for tax, accounting, and compliance records.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use product-analytics tooling (PostHog) to understand how visitors interact with the site so we can improve it. PostHog may set cookies or use local storage to track sessions in an aggregated, pseudonymous way. Where required by law, we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as a result.
6. Sharing & Third Parties
We share personal data only with processors that help us run the Service: Whop Inc. (payment processing and checkout); GitHub Inc. (delivery of digital product access); Google Cloud (hosting and email); PostHog (analytics); Vercel (hosting). Each processor is bound by contractual data-protection obligations. We may also disclose data when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
7. International Data Transfers
Because MARKTR LLC is based in the United States and several of our processors operate in the United States, personal data of EU/EEA residents may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Purchase records are retained for the period required by applicable tax law (typically 7–10 years). Contact-form messages are retained for up to 24 months unless we have an ongoing relationship with you. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure ("right to be forgotten"); request restriction or object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of past processing). California residents have similar rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. 10. Children
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
